Simplifying Field Service Operations

MyCasa is a CRM and field service management platform designed to help trade service businesses manage customers, quotes, jobs, technicians, and invoicing from a single system.

As the sole UX/UI Designer, I worked closely with the founders and product owners to translate complex operational processes into a connected digital workflow that supported both office staff and field technicians.

The Challenge

The business relied on fragmented processes to manage customer enquiries, quotations, scheduling, job execution, and invoicing. Information was often spread across multiple tools, making it difficult to track job progress, manage resources, and maintain operational visibility.

The challenge was to design a platform that could streamline these workflows while supporting the different needs of administrators, technicians, support teams, and customers.

The Solution

I designed an end-to-end platform that connected the entire service lifecycle, enabling teams to manage customers and leads, generate and approve quotes, schedule jobs, coordinate technicians, track inventory and pricing, monitor job completion, and manage invoicing and operational reporting from a single system.

The platform supported multiple user roles, ensuring administrators, support teams, technicians, and customers had access to the tools and information relevant to their responsibilities.

More behind the screens

This case study only shows the tidy version. If you’d like to hear more about the thinking, trade-offs, and decisions behind the work, I’m happy to share more.
